All cushions and upholstery items are made to order based on customer specifications.
AS such;
-We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind ,
- We do not accept changes to materials , design,or specifications once an order has been confirmed
3. Damaged or lost items in Shipping
If your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping , you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

4. Faulty or defective Products (Factory Faults )
If a product has a manufacturing fault or defect. you are entitled to remedy under the Austraian Cosumer Law .
