Terms and Condition  

The Following Terms and Condition will apply to all item  purchase and customized Cushion orders 

made with Jajscushionsales  in Western Australia .

we offers  3 years warranty in All Cushion Fabric made by Warwick Fabrics and Sunbrella Fabrics .

All products has 3 yrs warranty in manufacturing faults like Zipper, Foams ,Stitches and intense fading.

A full Replacement or Repair will be offered in all Items if found there is a manufacturing faults or defects .

Customized Cushions will be fully rectified or replace if manufacturing defects are apparent or if the 

 items is not in a proper specification  from your order .  we must be notified within 3 business days  of 

accepting the delivery of products, We normally put allowance or  5 to 15 mm of  tolerance in all Cushions 

we made However we trying to do close as possible in all dimensions. 

We are unable to refund in all custom made Cushions and Covers  if you change your mind Once we ordered 

the Fabric or already been  cut the Fabric  and all other materials belongs to the order as this is specially made

for you. WE are not liable to any delay  once you change your sizes or style of your Cushions .

WE have the right to terminate all special offer at any time without notice however we will fulfil any order 

that have been placed prior to the cancellation of special offer .

We offers free return  Postage cost for products found defective and incorrect dimension made by us.
